4/6/70 <br />740 N. Frances Street. Paul J. Goldberg, 2201 S. High Street, South Bend,: <br />Indiana, appeared before the Board and stated he has purchased this property <br />and intends to rehabilitate it. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />matter was continued indefinitely, and the Sub -Standards Director was requested <br />to keep the property under surveillance and report on i-ts condition in <br />90 days. <br />1016 W. Washington Street. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this matter <br />was continued four weeks for the St. Joseph County Commissioners to investi- <br />gate the possibility of rehabilitating the building. <br />123 N. Jackson. This matter was further continued one week for Sub -Standards <br />Department to further check -the closing of -the building. <br />661 LaPorte Ave. Mr. Adamson reported he has received a letter from the Health <br />Department reporting their investigation, and that the premises have been <br />partially cleaned up. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was <br />continued one week for further investigation. <br />4035 S. Michigan.
