4/6/70 740 N. Frances Street. Paul J. Goldberg, 2201 S. High Street, South Bend,: Indiana, appeared before the Board and stated he has purchased this property and intends to rehabilitate it. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued indefinitely, and the Sub -Standards Director was requested to keep the property under surveillance and report on i-ts condition in 90 days. 1016 W. Washington Street. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this matter was continued four weeks for the St. Joseph County Commissioners to investi- gate the possibility of rehabilitating the building. 123 N. Jackson. This matter was further continued one week for Sub -Standards Department to further check -the closing of -the building. 661 LaPorte Ave. Mr. Adamson reported he has received a letter from the Health Department reporting their investigation, and that the premises have been partially cleaned up.
