ITTKII 1. 4/6/70 articles was referred to the Building Department for appropriate action. REQUEST TO HOLD STREET SERVICES - REV. BRINDLEY COLLIER Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of Rev. Brindley Collier, 932 E. Sorin Street, for the Emanuel Church of De- liverance, 415 W. LaSalle Street,'South Bend, Indiana, to hold street services between the hours of 6:00 and 7:00 P.M. on fridays at Chapin and Napier Streets and on Saturdays at West Washington and Walnut Streets, commencing April 10, 1970, and ending about the middle of September. REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL IMPROVEMENT - BYRON DRIVE AND SPRINGBROOK DRIVE Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of Fred H. Graeber, 1217 Echo Drive South Bend, Indiana, Safety Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association of John Marshall. School, in reference to improving traffic control at Byron Drive and Springbrook Drive, was referred to Traffic Engineering for study and recommendation to the Board. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - LAYNE NORTHERN COMPANY, INC. Certificate of general insurance on behalf of Layne Northern Company, Inc. and Layne Water Company,lnc., to 4/1/71 and 4/1/73 was ordered filed. CONTRACTOR'S BOND CANCELLED gootice of cancellation of contractor's bond No. 4274468 on behalf of Frank Frigyesi, d/b/a F & F Home Improvement Company, by the Western Surety Company effective on the anniversary date 6/7/70 was ordered filed. STREETA IGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 3/26/70 to 4/3/70 were ordered filed.
