3/23/70 <br />1141 S. Michigan Street, Mr. Adamson, Sub -Standards Director, reported <br />attorney Charles Roemer has telephoned him the owner of the property is <br />willing for the City to remove the structure. Bids having heretofore been <br />received and opening postponed awaiting the decision of the owner on <br />demolition, the following bids were opened, non collusion affidavits found. <br />to be proper and bids were as follows: <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $500.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $634.00 <br />A & J Demolition Co. $537.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $565.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the premises at 1141 S. Michigan Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking <br />Company on its low bid of $500.00. <br />751 S. Michigan Street. Mr. Adamson reported this property is being demolished <br />by the owner. Theodore Noel.], along with a deposit of $65.00 for costs. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition was referred <br />to the City Engineer for map locating utilities, and then to be°forwardd to <br />the Area Plan Commission for study and recommendation to the Board. <br />
