Indiana: A & J Demolition Co. $475.00 O'Neal Trucking Co. 429.00 Bryant Excavating Co. 330.00 Midwest Demolition Co. 379.00 Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition of the structure at 2123,W. Indiana Avenue was awarded to Bryant Excavating Company on its low bid of $330.00. STREET DEPARTMENT - REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR DIESEL POWERED WHEEL ROLLER Upon motion made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the Board.approved the - request of the Street Commissioner for permission to advertise for aDiesel r- powered steel wheel roller to be used in its asphalt paving program. Stewart, files its petition to vacate: That part 41111111110PIM of Napier Street in the city of South Bend, Indiana, which is located immediately south of and ad- jacent to Lot 32 as shown on the recorded Plat of John F. Kirby's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 83 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the town, now city, of South Bend, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana. Also, that part of Cherry Street located in the city of South Bend, Indiana, which is described asfollows: Be- ginning at the northwest corner of Lot 37 as shown on the recorded plat of John F.
