Indiana Avenue was awarded to Bryant Excavating <br />Company on its low bid of $330.00. <br />STREET DEPARTMENT - REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR DIESEL POWERED WHEEL ROLLER <br />Upon motion made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the Board.approved the - <br />request of the Street Commissioner for permission to advertise for aDiesel <br />r- powered steel wheel roller to be used in its asphalt paving program. Stewart, files its petition to vacate: <br />That part 41111111110PIM of Napier Street in the city of South <br />Bend, Indiana, which is located immediately south of and ad- <br />jacent to Lot 32 as shown on the recorded Plat of John F. <br />Kirby's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 83 of the Second Plat <br />of Out Lots of the town, now city, of South Bend, Indiana, <br />platted by the State Bank of Indiana. <br />Also, that part of Cherry Street located in the city of <br />South Bend, Indiana, which is described asfollows: Be- <br />ginning at the northwest corner of Lot 37 as shown on the <br />recorded plat of John F. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, submit plans <br />and specifications for the improvement of Hawthorne Drive, from McKinley <br />Avenue to Colfax Avenue, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair, <br />and, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, said plans and <br />specifications were adopted by the Board.. <br />
