Richardson, City Engineer, files an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessment of benefits, in vacation Resol- <br />ution No. 3364,1972 for the vacation of the alleys, streets and easements <br />in an area bounded by the south right of way line of Linden Avenue, the <br />East right of way of College Street, the north right of way line of <br />Orange Street and the West right of way of Birdsell Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by <br />such vacation: <br />Lots 2, 11, 14, 13 and 23 and 24 of College Grove Addition <br />and Lots 5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of Arnold and Pagi.n's Addition <br />Total net benefits $00.00 <br />Total net damages #00.00 <br />Respectfully submitted this 28th day of August, 1972. <br />William J. Richardson, P.E. <br />City Civil Engineer <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said <br />Assessment Roll and set 9:30 A.M., September 25th, 1972 Room 1308 <br />County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, as the date and place of <br />hearing all persons interested in or affected by said vacation. <br />ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3367,1972- EDGEWOOD STREET <br />Area Plan Commission having filed with the Board its favorable <br />recommendation for the vacation of the 30 foot street known as <br />Edgewood Rive. Running North from Edison Road and located adjacent <br />to and immediately West of Lots No. 1-9-10-and 11 as shown on the <br />recorded plant of Robinwood Place, the following resolution is <br />now adopted: <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3367,1972 <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />a 30' street known as Edgewood Drive, <br />running North from Edison Road and located <br />adjacent to and immediately West of Lots <br />1,,9, 10, and 11 as shown on Mahe recorded <br />plat of Robinwood Place. <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the <br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana to construct and maintain any <br />facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, <br />telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and <br />ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are re- <br />leased by the indivudual Utilities. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficiary <br />affected by such vacation: <br />Lots 1,,9, 10 and 11 of Robinwood Place. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the above Vacation under <br />Vacation Resolution No.3367,1972. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice on the 18th day <br />of August and on the 25th day of August, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri County News and same were found to be sufficient. <br />
