394 7/31/72 ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3360,1972 - BROOKS July 24, 1972 having been set for holding a hearing on Vacation Res- olution No. 3360,1972, and the hearing not havin§ been held on that date, hearing is now had. This is for the vacation of the first east - west alley south of Riverside Drive, running from Leland Avenue to the first alley North and South. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tr4 County News on July 7, July 14 and July 21, 1972, and same were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Assessment Roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopt- ed and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed. ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359,1972 - OAK PARK DRIVE July 24, 1972 having been set for holding a hearing on Vacation Res- olution No. 3359,1972 for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from. the Oak Ridge -Oak Park intersection to the West property line of 1817 Oak Park Drive, and the hearing not having been held on that date, hearing is now held. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the weekly Tri County News on July 7, 1972, July 14, 1972 and July 21, 1972 and same were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Assessment Roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopt- ed and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed. Richardson, City Engineer, files an assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assessments of benefits in Vacation . Resolution No. 3362,1972 for the vacation of the first north -south alley East of Michigan Street from the South R/N line of Milton Street to the North R/W line -of Calvert Street. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 1, 2 and 5 of Bowman's 3rd Addition Total net damages $00.00 Total net benefits $00.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said assessment roll and set.9:30 A.M. August 21, 1972, Room 1308 County City Building, South Bend, as the date and place for hearing all persons interested in or affected by such vacation.
