394 <br />7/31/72 <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3360,1972 - BROOKS <br />July 24, 1972 having been set for holding a hearing on Vacation Res- <br />olution No. 3360,1972, and the hearing not havin§ been held on that <br />date, hearing is now had. This is for the vacation of the first east - <br />west alley south of Riverside Drive, running from Leland Avenue to <br />the first alley North and South. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South <br />Bend Tribune and the Tr4 County News on July 7, July 14 and July 21, <br />1972, and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having <br />been filed, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Assessment <br />Roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopt- <br />ed and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said <br />proceedings closed. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359,1972 - OAK PARK DRIVE <br />July 24, 1972 having been set for holding a hearing on Vacation Res- <br />olution No. 3359,1972 for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from. the Oak <br />Ridge -Oak Park intersection to the West property line of 1817 Oak <br />Park Drive, and the hearing not having been held on that date, hearing <br />is now held. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the weekly Tri County News on July 7, 1972, July 14, 1972 <br />and July 21, 1972 and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having <br />been received, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Assessment <br />Roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as adopt- <br />ed and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and said <br />proceedings closed. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3362,1972 - ALLEY <br />EAST OF MICHIGAN <br />William J. Richardson, City Engineer, files an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessments of benefits in Vacation . <br />Resolution No. 3362,1972 for the vacation of the first north -south <br />alley East of Michigan Street from the South R/N line of Milton Street <br />to the North R/W line -of Calvert Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lots 1, 2 and 5 of Bowman's 3rd Addition <br />Total net damages $00.00 <br />Total net benefits $00.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said <br />assessment roll and set.9:30 A.M.
