Fellows Street <br />Mr. Steed asked permission to bring Ethel Anne Rice, owner of the <br />property at 530 S. Fellows Street before the Board to show cause <br />why the property should not be demolished. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried the request was granted. <br />124 E. Elder Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, Industrial <br />Savings and Loan Association is to be notified to come before the Board <br />to show cause why the structure at 124 E. Elder Street sho ld not be <br />demolished. <br />201-203 E. Elder Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, Nelle <br />Laughunn is to be notified to come before the Board to show cause why <br />the structure at 291-203 should not be demolished. <br />713 S. Clinton Street Mr. Harry Heppenheimer, Attorney for the estate <br />of Franklin E. & Loella L. Roberts, appeared before the Board to ask <br />for a continuance of thirty days. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />Mr. Steed was -directed to seek bids for the demolishing of the structure <br />at 713 S. Clinton Street, bids to be returnable in two weeks, as they <br />felt this gave Mr. Heppenheimer enough time. <br />1318 South Rush StreetDale E. & Doris M. Rouch having been notified to <br />appear before the Board, but no receipt showing letter had been received <br />appearing in•file, the Board directed Mr. Steed to send another letter <br />to Dale E. & Doris M. Rouch, and continued the matter for two weeks. <br />2503 Bertrand Street Upon Mr. Steed's request this matter was continued <br />for one week. <br />608 Crescent Street A letter having been received from Manila Wilbon <br />stating that she and her sister Galia Fonseca had no interest in the <br />property, Mr. Steed, upon motion made, seconded and carried is now <br />authorized to seek bids for the demolit"ion of the property at 608 <br />Crescent Street. <br />1 <br />
