The Bid was opened. Non -collusion Affidavit <br />was found to be in order. The bid was accompanied by a bid bond <br />in an amount of 10% of the bid. The Chairman stated that since the <br />bid was by item and quite lenghthy it would not be read item by item <br />unless requested but would be open for inspection. No one requested the <br />bid to be read in detail. The bid was as follows: <br />A.
