Lawrence Webb <br />Executive Director CAIC <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board instructed the Clerk <br />to write to Midwest Demolition Company, the Contractor, directing him <br />to clean up the premises at 920 West Washington Street. <br />WILLIAM PENN FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION TO BLOCK ALLEY <br />Mr, Frank J. Wukovits, Sr. appeared before the Board to request <br />permission for the William Penn Fraternal Organization to block <br />an alley adjacent to their building on West Indiana Avenue while <br />they are holding a picnic on July 15, 1972 commencing at 12:00 noon. <br />e-1 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board granted his request. <br />V <br />U <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION FOR VACATION OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY EAST <br />OF PRARiE AVENUE - WILLIAM PENN ORGANIZATION <br />Area Plan Commission files with the Board its unfavorable recommendation <br />for the vacation of the first north -south alley F.Ast of Prairie Avenue <br />running from Indiana Avenue south to the first east -west cross alley. <br />Councilman Frank Horvath appeared before the Board and presented <br />photographs of the subject area and asked that the alley be vacated. <br />Mr. Frank J. Wukovits, Sr, also appeared before the Board to ask <br />that the alley be vacated. Upon motion made, seconded and carried <br />the Board requested the City Engineer to prepare a Vacation Resolution <br />for the vacation of the alley. <br />ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359,1972 - OAK PARK DRIVE <br />Area Plan Commission having filed with the Board its recommendation <br />for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from the Oak Ridge -Oak Park inter- <br />section to the West property line of 1817 Oak Park Drive, the <br />following Resolution was adopted: <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359,1972 <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3359,1972 - OAK PARK DRIVE <br />William J. Richardson, City Engineer, files an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessments of benefits, in vacation Res- <br />olution No. 3359,1972 for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from the Oak - <br />Ridge -Oak Park intersection to the West property line of 1817 Oak <br />Park Drive. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lots 57, 84 and a part of Lot 83 in Wooded Estates <br />Addition <br />Total Net Benefits $00.00 <br />Total Net Damages $00.00 <br />Respectfully submitted this 3rd day of July. <br />William J.
