MO <br />7/3/73 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said <br />assessment roil and set 9:30 A.M., July 24, 1972 Room 1308, <br />County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, as the date and place of <br />hearing all persons interested in or affect by said vacation. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED VACATION RESOLUTION 3360,1972 <br />William J. Richardson, City Engineer files an assessment roll <br />showing the award of damages and assessment of benefits, in Vac- <br />ation Resolution No. 3360,1972 for the vacation of the first east - <br />west alley South of Riverside Drive running from Leland Avenue to <br />the first North -South alley. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lot 61, 3rd Plat of Shetterly Addition and <br />Lot 19, Shetterly Place 1st Plat. <br />Total Net Benefits $00.00 <br />Total Net Damages $00.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said <br />Assessment Roll and set 9:30 A.M., July 24, 1972, Room 1308 County <br />City Building, South Bend, as the date and place for hearing all <br />persons interested in or affected by such vacation. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3361,1972 - ALLEY EAST OF HIGH_ STREET <br />Area Plan Commission having filed with the Board its favorable rec- <br />ommendation for the vacation of the first North and South alley, <br />East of High Street, running from Dubail Street south to the first <br />east and west alley alongside and adjacent to Lot 88 in Oak Park <br />Second addition, the following Resolution is now adopted: <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3361,1972 <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the <br />following: <br />The first North and South alley East of Hiah Street, run- <br />ning from Dubai] South to first East and West alley alongside <br />and adjacent to Lot 88 in Oak Park Second Addition. <br />Reserving the rights and easemtns of all Utilities and the <br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain <br />any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: elec- <br />tric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control: structures <br />and ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights <br />are released by the individual Utilities. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially <br />affected by such vacation: <br />Lot 8 of Oak Park 2nd Addition and a part of <br />unplotted land bounded on the North by Dubail <br />Avenue, on the West by High Street and on the <br />South by Dayton Street. <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the <br />7th day of July and the 14th day of July, 1972 in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News. <br />
