MO 7/3/73 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said assessment roil and set 9:30 A.M., July 24, 1972 Room 1308, County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, as the date and place of hearing all persons interested in or affect by said vacation. ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED VACATION RESOLUTION 3360,1972 William J. Richardson, City Engineer files an assessment roll showing the award of damages and assessment of benefits, in Vac- ation Resolution No. 3360,1972 for the vacation of the first east - west alley South of Riverside Drive running from Leland Avenue to the first North -South alley. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lot 61, 3rd Plat of Shetterly Addition and Lot 19, Shetterly Place 1st Plat. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3361,1972 - ALLEY EAST OF HIGH_ STREET Area Plan Commission having filed with the Board its favorable rec- ommendation for the vacation of the first North and South alley, East of High Street, running from Dubail Street south to the first east and west alley alongside and adjacent to Lot 88 in Oak Park Second addition, the following Resolution is now adopted: VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3361,1972 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following: The first North and South alley East of Hiah Street, run- ning from Dubai] South to first East and West alley alongside and adjacent to Lot 88 in Oak Park Second Addition. Reserving the rights and easemtns of all Utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: elec- tric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control: structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released by the individual Utilities. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lot 8 of Oak Park 2nd Addition and a part of unplotted land bounded on the North by Dubail Avenue, on the West by High Street and on the South by Dayton Street. Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 7th day of July and the 14th day of July, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News.
