Coates, <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the above letter was referred <br />to the Building Department for investigation and report. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB STANDARD DIVISION <br />Mr. Richard Liszewski,.Sub-Standard Director, appeared before the Board <br />and the following matters were discussed: <br />Mr. Liszewski asked permission to show cause why demolition should not <br />take place, and requested the owners to appear before the Board on July <br />10, 1972 on the following: <br />2206 S. William Street <br />114 North Adams Street <br />1618 W. Dunham Street <br />1002-1004 W. Oak Street <br />709 E. Ohio Street <br />2417 Edison Street <br />Nicholas J. Manszunski <br />Albert & Florence Jenkins <br />Mabel Love <br />Clemens Wrzesien <br />Ellen Bailey <br />Joseph, Carribell and Alice Jenkins <br />U. S. Postoffice <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the above request was granted <br />and Mr. Liszewski is to inform the persons interested. <br />1320 East Cedar Street: Charles Boynton appeared for the owner, as -their <br />Attorney and stated the property was being sold. In order to expedite <br />matters Mr. Liszewski was authorized to seek bids for the demolition of <br />the structure at 1320 East Cedar Street, to which Mr. Bpynton agreed. <br />140 East North Shore Drive. Mr. Phil Potts, Attorney, appeared for the <br />owner, and asked for a continuance of thirty days. The property is in <br />the process of being sold. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />continuance was granted and Mr. Potts was informed that the building must <br />be secured by being boarded up. <br />21641 West Victoria Street Mr. Liszewski asked that this matter be con- <br />tinued for a period of thirty days. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />the matter was continued for thirty days. <br />2405 Kenwood Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that the structure at 2405 <br />Kenwood Avenue is being demolished privately. The Board instructed Mr. <br />Liszewski to keep the structure under surviellance. <br />711 George Avenue Upon motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />instructed Mr. Liszewski to -send a letter to the owners requesting them <br />to come before the Board,on July loth, and at the same time to seek bids <br />for the demolition of the structure. <br />1007 Lincoln Way West Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that the structure <br />at 1007 Lincoln Way West has been demolished. <br />2112 Roger Street The matter of the structure at 2112 Roger Street was <br />continued for one week at Mr. Liszewski's request. <br />2108 Linden Avenue This being the date set for Mary Klota and Clementine <br />Klota to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure should <br />not be demolished and Mary Klota and Clementine Klota not having appeared, <br />the Board, upon motion made, seconded and carried, now instructs Mr. <br />Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />1 <br />L� <br />
