Coates, Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the above letter was referred to the Building Department for investigation and report. BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB STANDARD DIVISION Mr. Richard Liszewski,.Sub-Standard Director, appeared before the Board and the following matters were discussed: Mr. Liszewski asked permission to show cause why demolition should not take place, and requested the owners to appear before the Board on July 10, 1972 on the following: 2206 S. William Street 114 North Adams Street 1618 W. Dunham Street 1002-1004 W. Oak Street 709 E. Ohio Street 2417 Edison Street Nicholas J. Manszunski Albert & Florence Jenkins Mabel Love Clemens Wrzesien Ellen Bailey Joseph, Carribell and Alice Jenkins U. S. Postoffice Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the above request was granted and Mr. Liszewski is to inform the persons interested. 1320 East Cedar Street: Charles Boynton appeared for the owner, as -their Attorney and stated the property was being sold. In order to expedite matters Mr. Liszewski was authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 1320 East Cedar Street, to which Mr. Bpynton agreed. 140 East North Shore Drive. Mr. Phil Potts, Attorney, appeared for the owner, and asked for a continuance of thirty days. The property is in the process of being sold. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the continuance was granted and Mr. Potts was informed that the building must be secured by being boarded up. 21641 West Victoria Street Mr. Liszewski asked that this matter be con- tinued for a period of thirty days. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued for thirty days. 2405 Kenwood Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that the structure at 2405 Kenwood Avenue is being demolished privately. The Board instructed Mr. Liszewski to keep the structure under surviellance. 711 George Avenue Upon motion made, seconded and carried the Board instructed Mr. Liszewski to -send a letter to the owners requesting them to come before the Board,on July loth, and at the same time to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. 1007 Lincoln Way West Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that the structure at 1007 Lincoln Way West has been demolished. 2112 Roger Street The matter of the structure at 2112 Roger Street was continued for one week at Mr. Liszewski's request. 2108 Linden Avenue This being the date set for Mary Klota and Clementine Klota to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure should not be demolished and Mary Klota and Clementine Klota not having appeared, the Board, upon motion made, seconded and carried, now instructs Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. 1 L�
