�e 6/26/72 606 East Pennsylvania Leon E. Eshenbaugh and Fanchon W. Eshenbaugh having been requested to appear before the Board with regard to the sub -standard condition of the structure at 606 East Pennsylvania, and Mrs. Fanchon W. Eshenbaugh now having appeared, she requests a con- tinuance of thirty days, Upon motion made, seconded and carried, a continuance of thirty days is granted on any action on the structure. 608 East Pennsylvania Avenue Karl Dubai] and Mary Dubail Bande having been requested to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure at 606 East Pennsylvania Avenue should not be demolished, and Karl Dubai] and Mary Dubail Bande not having appeared, the Board now, upon motion made, seconded and carried, instructs Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure. 202 East Keasey Street Marietta Lippens, in care of Mrs, S. Saros was requested to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure at 202 East Keasey Street should not be demolished. Mrs. Stephen Saros, 618 West 6th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana appeared before the Board and said the family wished to give the property to the city. She was directed to contact the Legal Department in the matter, and the Board ItI4 then, upon motion made, seconded and carried,.instructed Mr. Liszewski T-4 to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 202 East Keasey Street. » 4214 Whiteman Court Eldon T. Gard not having appeared before the Board U as he was requested with regard to the sub -standard condition of the structure at 1214 Whiteman Court, Upon motion made, seconded and carried, Mr. Liszewski is now authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the said structure. 319 S. St. Peter Street Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that this structure is being demolished by private contract. The Board instructed Mr. Liszewski to keep the proceedings under surveillance. BIDS ON SUB -STANDARDS BUILDINGS This being the date set•for receiving bids to demolish several structures the following bids were.opened and read: The non -collusion affidavits were found to be in proper order: 1219 Whiteman Court Machinery Supply Company $795.00 O'Neal Trucking Company 500.00 B & J Demolition 535.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on its.low bid of $500.00. 405 East Dubail Machinery Supply Company $875.00 B & J Demolition 745.00 O'Neal Trucking Company 500.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal Trucking on its low bid.of $500.00. 616 East Wenger Street O'Neal Trucking Company $674.00 B F, J Demolition 700.00 Machinery Supply Company 975.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on its low bid of $674.00.
