�e <br />6/26/72 <br />606 East Pennsylvania Leon E. Eshenbaugh and Fanchon W. Eshenbaugh <br />having been requested to appear before the Board with regard to the <br />sub -standard condition of the structure at 606 East Pennsylvania, and <br />Mrs. Fanchon W. Eshenbaugh now having appeared, she requests a con- <br />tinuance of thirty days, Upon motion made, seconded and carried, a <br />continuance of thirty days is granted on any action on the structure. <br />608 East Pennsylvania Avenue Karl Dubai] and Mary Dubail Bande having <br />been requested to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure <br />at 606 East Pennsylvania Avenue should not be demolished, and Karl Dubai] <br />and Mary Dubail Bande not having appeared, the Board now, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, instructs Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the <br />demolition of the structure. <br />202 East Keasey Street Marietta Lippens, in care of Mrs, S. Saros <br />was requested to appear before the Board to show cause why the structure <br />at 202 East Keasey Street should not be demolished. Mrs. Stephen Saros, <br />618 West 6th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana appeared before the Board and <br />said the family wished to give the property to the city. She was <br />directed to contact the Legal Department in the matter, and the Board <br />ItI4 then, upon motion made, seconded and carried,.instructed Mr. Liszewski <br />T-4 to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 202 East Keasey Street. <br />» <br />4214 Whiteman Court Eldon T. Gard not having appeared before the Board <br />U as he was requested with regard to the sub -standard condition of the <br />structure at 1214 Whiteman Court, Upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />Mr. Liszewski is now authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the <br />said structure. <br />319 S. St. Peter Street Mr. Liszewski informed the Board that this <br />structure is being demolished by private contract. The Board instructed <br />Mr. Liszewski to keep the proceedings under surveillance. <br />BIDS ON SUB -STANDARDS BUILDINGS <br />This being the date set•for receiving bids to demolish several structures <br />the following bids were.opened and read: The non -collusion affidavits <br />were found to be in proper order: <br />1219 Whiteman Court <br />Machinery Supply Company $795.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 500.00 <br />B & J Demolition 535.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal <br />Trucking Company on its.low bid of $500.00. <br />405 East Dubail <br />Machinery Supply Company $875.00 <br />B & J Demolition 745.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 500.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal <br />Trucking on its low bid.of $500.00. <br />616 East Wenger Street <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $674.00 <br />B F, J Demolition 700.00 <br />Machinery Supply Company 975.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal <br />Trucking Company on its low bid of $674.00. <br />
