330 <br />6/5/72 <br />405 East Dubail Mr. and Mrs. Roy A. Ward appeared before the Board to <br />state they had no objections to the structure at 405 East Dubai] being <br />demolished. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, Mr. Liszewski was <br />authorized to seek bids for the demolition. <br />1007 Lincoln Way West Burke E. Hammond, having been instructed to <br />appear before the Board to show cause why the structure at 1007.Lincoln <br />Way West should not be demolished, and Mr. Hammond not having appeared, <br />Mr. Liszewski is now authorized to seek bids for the.demolition of the <br />structure. <br />616 East Wenger Street Mr. DuComb, attorney for the owners, appeared <br />,before the Board and stated the owners had.,no objection to the demol- <br />ition of the structure at 616 East Wenger Street. Thereupon Mr. <br />Liszewski was authorized to seek bids for the demolition. <br />618 East Wenger Street This matter having been continued to this date, <br />Mr. Liszewski is now authorized to seek bids for the demolition of the <br />structure at 618 East Wenger Street. <br />1217 South Rush Street This being the date set for receiving bids <br />for demolition of 1217 S. Rush Street, the following bids were opened, <br />and all non -collusion affidavits were found to be in order: <br />Machinery Supply Company $875.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 765.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal <br />Trucking Company on its low bid of $765.00 <br />614 East Kease Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />demolition of 6117 East Keasey Street, the following bids were opened <br />and read: All non -collusion affidavits were found to be in order.. <br />Machingery Supply Co. $395.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 563.00 <br />Bid was awarded to Machinery Supply on its low bid of $395.00 <br />225-227 East Elder Street This being the date set for receiving bids <br />for the demolition of the structure at 225-227 East Elder Street, the <br />following bids were opened: Non -collusion affidavits were found to <br />be in order: <br />Machinery Supply Co. $875.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 814.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to O'Neal <br />Trucking Company on its low bid of $814.00 <br />612 East Wenger Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 612 East Wenger Street, the following <br />bids were opened: Non -collusion affidavits were found to be in order. <br />Machinery Supply Co. $745.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 784.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to Machinery <br />Supply Company on its low bid of $745.00. <br />906 Stanfield Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 906 Stanfield Street, the following <br />bids were opened: Non -collusion affidavits were found to be in order. <br />Machinery Supply Co. $665.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 1,000.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid was awarded to Machinery <br />Supply Company on its low bid of $665.00. <br />
