Mr. Richardson explained the site had <br />already be closed. <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION FOR VACATION OF ALLEY SOUTH OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE <br />Area Plan Commission files with the Board its favorable recommendation <br />for the vacation of the first east -west alley south of Riverside Drive <br />running east from Leland Avenue to the first north -south alley. The <br />matter is now referred to the Engineering Department for the prepara- <br />tion of a vacation resolution. <br />INTER <br />TiON FOR VACATION OF OAK3PARK:"DRIVE FROM OAK RiDGE- <br />N TO WEST PROPERTY LINE OF 1817 OAK PARK DRIVE <br />Area Plan Commission files with the Board its favorable recommendation <br />for the vacation of Oak Park Drive from Oak Ridge -Oak Park intersection <br />to West property line of 1817 Oak Park Drive. The City Engineer is <br />now requested to prepare a vacation resolution. <br />PETITION TO VACATE THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY FROM ROGER TO BERTRAND STREET <br />A petition was received asking for the vacation of an alley running north <br />and south in the 2500 block from Roger to Bertrand Street by William F. <br />Dixon et al. $75.00 was deposited for costs of advertising. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the petition was referred to the Engineering <br />Department and the Area Plan Commission simultaneously for study and <br />recommendation. <br />SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION PLANS - JEWELWOOD ADDITION <br />Plans and specifications for a sanitary sewer in Jewelwood Addition were, <br />upon motion made, seconded, and carried, approved by the Board. <br />STREET CONSTRUCTION PLANS - THIRD SECTION RIVERSIDE MANOR <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, street construction plans for the <br />Third Section of Riverside Manor were approved by the Board. <br />
