Miholich, its secretary <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB STANDARDS DIVISION <br />Mr. Richard Liszewski, Sub -Standards Director, appeared before the <br />Board and the following matters were discussed: <br />1-21.7 SOUTH RUSH STREET <br />Jessie Nicodemus appeared before the Board in response to a letter asking <br />him to appear. He stated the structure at 1217 South Rush Street is not <br />worth repairing and he wished to donate it to the city. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Board authorized Mr. Liszewski to seek <br />bids for _the demolition of said property. <br />614 Keasey Street <br />Ruby L. Keefer having notified the Board that she does not with the structure <br />at 614 Keasey Street repaired, upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />the Board authorized Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of said <br />structure. <br />225-227 East Elder Street' <br />Frank & Velma Lax not having appeared before the Board as they were re- <br />quested, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board now authorizes <br />Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at <br />225-227 East Elder Street. <br />612 East Wenger Street <br />Theoddre and Mary Longbrake not having appeared before the Board as they <br />were requested, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board now <br />authorizes Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure <br />at 612 East Wenger Street. <br />
