312 5/22/72 A parcel of land located in ;the southwest quarter (4) of the northeast quarter (*) of section 30, Township 27 North Range 3 east, more particularly described as follows. - Commencing at the Southeast corner of said quarter -quarter, thence South 890 55' 47" West a distance of 8.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continuing South 82055 5`4711 West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North 00 0 811 East a distance of 656.12 feet; thence North 890 56, 04" West a distance if 8.00 feet; thence North 000 040 17" West a distance of 113.14 feet; thence North'110 23' 53" West a distance of 88.22 feet; thence South 000 041 17" East a distance of 241.84 feet; thence North 89056104" East a distance of 8.00 feet; thence South 00005158" Mast adistance of 656.00 feet to the point of beginning con- taining ± 1.148 acres. All of the above described right of way not heretofore dedicated for use as a public thoroughfare is hereby and herewith dedicated for use as apublic thoroughfare. Miholich, its secretary BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB STANDARDS DIVISION Mr. Richard Liszewski, Sub -Standards Director, appeared before the Board and the following matters were discussed: 1-21.7 SOUTH RUSH STREET Jessie Nicodemus appeared before the Board in response to a letter asking him to appear. He stated the structure at 1217 South Rush Street is not worth repairing and he wished to donate it to the city. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board authorized Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for _the demolition of said property. 614 Keasey Street Ruby L. Keefer having notified the Board that she does not with the structure at 614 Keasey Street repaired, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board authorized Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of said structure. 225-227 East Elder Street' Frank & Velma Lax not having appeared before the Board as they were re- quested, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board now authorizes Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 225-227 East Elder Street. 612 East Wenger Street Theoddre and Mary Longbrake not having appeared before the Board as they were requested, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board now authorizes Mr. Liszewski to seek bids for the demolition of the structure at 612 East Wenger Street.
