1284 <br />5/1/72 <br />Mr. Mull was directed to ask the Redevelopment Commission to prepare <br />a lease for the property to submit to the City Legal Department for <br />acceptance by the City, they will then be instructed to prepare a <br />lease agreement with the St. Joseph Bank. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />Mr. Richard Liszewski, Sub -Standards Directcr, appeared before the <br />Board and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />This being the date set, the following bids for demolition ;were <br />opened: <br />516 West Indiana <br />Machinery Supply Company $575.00 <br />B & J Demolition 480.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 500.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the bid for the demolition <br />of the structure at 516 West Indiana was awarded to B % J Demolition <br />Company on its low bid of $480.00 <br />622 Euclid: Avenue <br />B s J Demolition Company $475.00 <br />Machinery Supply Company 475.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 689.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the bid for the demolition <br />of the structure at 622 Euclid Avenue was awarded to B J Demolition <br />Company on its low bid of $475.00 <br />524 South Fellows Street <br />Machinery Supply Company $975.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 1,300.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the bid for the demolition <br />of the structure at 524 South Fellows Street was awarded to the <br />Machinery Supply Company on its low bid of $975.00. . <br />910 West Washington Street <br />Mrs. Ruth Price having informed the Board that she cannot find a <br />sponsor to rehabilitate the structure at 910 West Washington Street, <br />the Board now opens the bids that were previously received. <br />Midwest Demolition Company $870.00 <br />This being the only bid received the Board awarded the bid to <br />Midwest Demolition Company. <br />614 S. Rush Street <br />Kenneth W. Slack not having appeared to show cause.why the demolition <br />of the structure at 614 South Rush Street should not take place, the <br />Board now, upon motion made, seconded and carried instructed Mr. <br />Liszewski to advertise for bids for the demolition of the structure. <br />1620 Sibley Street <br />Thomas E. & Mildred Shane not having appeared to show cause why the <br />demolition of the structure at 614 South Sibley Street should not - <br />take piace, the Board now, upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />instructs Mr. Liszewski to advertise for -bids for the demolition <br />of the structure. <br />
