Davis <br />CERTIFICATE OF COST OF NONCASH GRANT IN AID - DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />A Certificate of Cost of Noncash Grant in Aid, in connection with Rede- <br />velopment Project Indiana R-57 for the Beck's Lake Retention Basin was <br />presented to the Board for signature by Charles A' Sweeney, Jr., its <br />President. Said certificate was signed by Mr. Sweeney and returned to <br />the Department of Redevelopment for further processing. <br />A letter from Hal Smith, 913 Oakland Avenue, South Bend, Indiana and <br />Mary Ann Wright, requesting the use of the stone amphitheater located <br />at the south and of.Frances Street and the St. Joseph River for their <br />wedding to be held on June 10, 1972 at'10:00 A.M. was ordered filed by <br />the Board and referred to the Legal Department for study and recommend- <br />ation to the Board, said recommendation to be made on April 24, 1972. <br />LETTER FROM INDIANA PUBLIC <br />SERVICE COMMISSION <br />A letter of notification <br />from the Indiana Public <br />Service Commission, <br />901 State Office Building, <br />Indianapolis, Indiana <br />46204, addressed -to <br />the City Engineer, stating <br />that hearing on Cause <br />No. 32805 would be <br />continued to Tuesday, June <br />13, 1972 at 9:30 A.M. <br />in Room 908 of the <br />Public Service Commission <br />was filed and referred <br />to the Legal de- <br />partment to determine what <br />said cause number is <br />in reference to and <br />report to the Engineering <br />Department. <br />VACATION PETITION-- SYCAMORES, INCORPORATED <br />Sycamores, Inc., 1315 N.
