Gent Imen: <br />U <br />As you know, we at the County Police Department have a serious <br />parking problem around our complex and it has been multiplied with <br />our taking over of the City Police booking duties. We would like to adver- <br />tise this event with a street banner suspended over Michigan Street <br />at some appropriate place. We have check with our Insurance <br />company and are covered for any liability w5htch oouid occur through <br />the use of such a banner.
