191 <br />1/31/72 <br />PETITION TO VACATE KALEY STREET FROM TUCKER DRIVE SOUTH TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS <br />Steel Warehouse Company, Inc., and Stanley Body and Equipment Company, <br />by Frederick K. Baer, attorney, files its petition to vacate Kaley <br />STreet from Tucker Drive South to the Railroad Tracks, and deposits <br />$75.00 to pay for costs. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the petition was referred, simultaneously, to the Engineering <br />Department and the Area Plan Commission for study and recommendation <br />to the Board. <br />ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3351-72 HEARING HELD - DEPT.
