East Washington Street - from St. Joseph Street to Artesian Avenue. Artesian Avenue from Washington Street to the southerly end of Artesian Avenue. "Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any facilities, iMcluding, but not limited to, the following; electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released by the individual Utilities. "The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 24-25-26-27-28 South Bend Mfg. Co., Sub. Lots 59-70-71-101-102-104-105-106 Original Plat of South Bend. "Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 21st day of January and the 28th day of January, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News. "This Board, at its office, on the 31st day of January, 1972 at 9:30 o'clock A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Noble, Clerk AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3352, 1972 MASTIC CORPORATION Area Plan Commission files with the Board its recommendation for the vacation of a portion of Kaley Street. Thereupon, the following resolution was adopted: VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3352, 1972 " RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Beginning at a point on the west line of Kaley Street at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad thence, south along the west line of Kaley Steet Four Hundred Two and Ninety Hundredths (402.90) feet more or less to the east - west center line of Section 15, Township 37 north, Range 2 East; thence east on said east -went center line thirty (30) feet to the centerline of Kaley Street; thence, north along said centerline Twenty-six and Fifty Hundredths (26.50) feet; thence East, parallel with said east -west centerline of Section 15, Thirty (30) feet to the east line of Kaley Street; thence, north Three Hundred Seventy-six and Forty Hundredths, (376.40) feet more or less, to said south right-of-way line of the St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad; thence West along said right-of-way line Sixty (60) feet to the place of beginning.
