ISO, 1/17/72 "Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released by the individual Utilities. "The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: The following seven parcels of land described as follows: 102 x 483 feet E. SE. N.W. 3.82 AC and 32 AC S. and Adj 15.37.2E located on the east side of and adj to Kaley Street. S. 2.7 AC WZ SE NE 15.37.2E located on the East side of and adj to Kaley Street. Parcel of land 26 x 663 feet W SE NW 15 37 2E IAC located on the east side of and adj to Kaley Street. Parcel of land 240 x 415 feet 15 37 2E 3AC located on the east side of and adj to Kaley Street. Parcel of land containing 11.12 AC in NW SW except RRS of RR 15.37 2E except for streets located on the West side of and adj to Kaley Street. Parcel of land 1326.95 feet E and W x 402.90 feet N.S. containing 14.91 AC +- located on the west side of and adj to Kaley Street. Parcel of land belonging to St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad right-of-way and property owned by N-J-1-1-R.R. right-of-way. "Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of January, 1972 and the 28th day of January, 1972 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News. "This Board, at its office, on the 31st day of January, 1972 at 9:30 o'clock A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Noble, Clerk AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3353, 1972 Area Plan Commission files with the Board its recommendation for the vacation of Monroe Street from the East line of Rush Street extended North to the North line of Monroe Street, East to the West line of Lincoln Way East. Thereupon, the following resolution was adopted: VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3353, 1972 "Resolved BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Monroe Street from the east line of Rush Street Extended North to the North line of Monroe Street, East to the West line of Lincoln Way East.
