17 <br />1/10/72 <br />2112 Roger Street. <br />The Planning and Development Action Team, Inc., 136 S. Chapin Street, by <br />John Torti, Director, now presents a check for $25.00 to be held until such <br />time as purchase and rehabilitation is completed, in which case the check <br />will go to the Machinery Supply Company, Inc., on its low bid to demolish <br />said structure. In the event purchase is not completed, the check will be <br />returned to the Planning and Development Action Team, Inc., and the bid <br />will be awarded to the Machinery Supply Company to demolish the structure <br />at 2112 Roger Street. The Sub -Standards Division will keep the building <br />under surveillance. <br />Demolition bids opened: <br />This being the date set, bids for demolishing the following property were <br />opened. The Clerk was directed <br />to give notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News <br />on January 14 and January 21, for bids to be received on January 24, 1972. <br />A.C.T.I.O.N., Inc. IN -KIND VOUCHERS <br />In -kind vouchers for rent for January, 1972 for Fire Station #5 in the amount <br />of $283.34, Fire Station #7 in the amount of $283.58 and Fire Station #8 in <br />the amount of $283.58 by A.C.T.I.O.N., Inc., were ordered filed. <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURES DEPARTMENT <br />Mr. Bert S. Cichowicz, City Sealer, appeared before the Board, introduced <br />himself and invited the Board to visit his office some time. He then presented <br />a request asking that he be allowed to attend the 16th annual Weights and <br />Measures Technical Training School in Indianapolis on January 19,20 and 21, 1972. <br />
