151 <br />12/20/71 <br />1813 Robinson Street. Mr. Liszewski reported that not much improvement <br />has been made toward rehabilitating this property. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the matter of 1813 Robinson Street was continued <br />three weeks. <br />730 N. Scott Street. Mr. Liszewski reported he has not yet heard from <br />the owner. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was <br />continued three weeks. <br />816 Oak Street. Mr. Liszewski reported this property closed. Bids <br />received March 16, 1970, and held in abeyance pending disposition of the <br />property, were opened. Bryant as the low bidder. <br />V <br />Request for sub -standard property owners to appear before the Board 1/3/72 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the <br />request of the Sub -Standards Director for the following persons to appear <br />before the Board January 3, 1972, in reference to the sub -standard con- <br />dition of the following properties: <br />813 S. Bendix Drive - Clemens and Lottie Wrzesien <br />1934 N. Meade Street - Vernon C. and Marion H. Hastings <br />910 W. Washington Street- John Brand, et al <br />And the Clerk is directed to so notify said persons by certified mail. <br />315 Parkovash. Mrs. Irene Mutzl appeared before the Board and expressed <br />appreciation for the rehabilitation of the structure at 315 Parkovash. <br />UNIFORM RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES - REVISED <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved <br />the recommendation of the Personnel Director for the following additions <br />to the Uniform Rules and Regulations for City Employees adopted May 1, <br />1971: <br />After the third paragraph, the addition of the following paragraph: <br />"Whenever the second offense provides for a 3-day layoff <br />the supervisor may if he so elects give the employee <br />involved a warning in lieu of the layoff. The employee <br />will still be subject to discharge for a third offense <br />as provided in the rule involved." <br />and the addition of the following paragraph after 6 (e): <br />"Any employee who is grossly insubordinate shall be <br />subject to such discipline as is reasonable including <br />discharge." <br />said additions to become effective January 1, 1972. <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL (CONTINUED) - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3343 <br />E. FARNEMAN STREET SEWER <br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with <br />the Board its recommendation for an adjustment in the assessment roll in <br />Improvement Resolution No. 3343 for the improvement of E. Farneman Street <br />from 200 feet east of Fellows Street, by the construction of a local sewer. <br />
