<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />request of the South Bend Shrine Club, Inc., P. 0. Box 445, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, for permission to erect a canopy of approximately 10 feet by 10
<br />feet from the north entrance of the Shrine Club to the curb, on the con-
<br />dition that proper indemnification is provided to the City of South Bend.
