<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the
<br />request of the South Bend Shrine Club, Inc., P. 0. Box 445, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, for permission to erect a canopy of approximately 10 feet by 10
<br />feet from the north entrance of the Shrine Club to the curb, on the con-
<br />dition that proper indemnification is provided to the City of South Bend.

<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, permission was granted to the Big

<br />South Bend, Indiana, to sell Rose Bowl Parade programs Saturday, December 18,
<br />1971, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., on Michigan Street, at Washington,
<br />Jefferson and Wayne Streets and at Jefferson and Main Streets.
