Guentert, 1034 Foster Street, South Bend, Indiana, appeared be- <br />fore the Board and filed a written objection to the proposed trash and <br />garbage collection by the City of South Bend, which was ordered filed. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7-19-71 ADOPTED FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO ESTHER M. <br />SCHMIDT <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following resolution <br />was adopted: <br />" RESOLUTION NO. 7-19-71 <br />'WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, is the owner <br />of a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, and <br />"WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, by Ordinance No. 5280-71, adopted March 22, 1971, has <br />authorized the sale of said real estate, and <br />"WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety did <br />pursuant to Resolution adopted May 10, 1971, advertise for bids <br />for said real estate, said publication being on May 14, 1971, <br />and May 21, 1971, and <br />"WHEREAS, no bids were received by the Board of Public <br />Works and Safety on the date designated for the receiving of <br />the same, being May 24, 1971, and <br />"WHEREAS, the City has now received an offer from Esther <br />M.
