FARNEMAN STREET SEWER <br />For the improvement of E. Farneman Street, from 200 feet east of Fellows <br />Street to the dead end by constructing a local sewer. <br />Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of <br />more than 51% of the resident property owners on said street who may be <br />liable for assessment for said improvement were filed with the Board within <br />10 days following the hearing on said improvement. <br />A letter under date of June 14, 1971, from E. P. and Catherine A. Schulz, <br />petitioners for said sewer, and a letter dated June 9, 1971, from the St. <br />Joseph County Health Department citing requirement for construction and <br />use of a sewer were read and ordered filed. <br />Following discussion, the motion was made by Mr. Crumpacker that Improvement <br />Resolution No. 3339, 1971, be rescinded and that a new resolution be drafted <br />under the appropriate statate. The motion was seconded and unanimously <br />carried. <br />NT RESOLUTION NO. 3340, 1971 RESCINDED - <br />For the improvement of the alley between McKinley Avenue and LaSalle Avenue, <br />from Twyckenham.Drive to Esther Street and from Esther to Greenlawn, by <br />constructing a Class C, Type I pavement. <br />Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing signatures of more <br />than 51% of the resident property owners who may be liable for assessment <br />for said improvement having been filed with the Board within the 10 day <br />period following the date and time of hearing on said improvement, upon <br />motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Improvement'Resolution No. <br />3340, 1971, adopted by the Board on May 10, 1971, is in all things rescinded <br />and the improvement ordered not made. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3341, 1971 RESCINDED - IRONWOOD DRIVE SIDEWALK <br />For the improvement of N. ironwood Drive, from Bader Avenue to Corby Street <br />by constructing a public sidewalk. <br />Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing signatures of more <br />than 51% of the resident property owners on said street who may be liable <br />for assessment for said improvement having been filed with the Board within <br />the 10 day period following the date and time of hearing on said improvement <br />upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Improvement Resolution <br />No. 3341, 1971, adopted May 17, 1971, is in all things rescinded and the <br />improvement ordered not made. <br />
