L.� IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3339, 1971 RESCINDED - E. FARNEMAN STREET SEWER For the improvement of E. Farneman Street, from 200 feet east of Fellows Street to the dead end by constructing a local sewer. Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of more than 51% of the resident property owners on said street who may be liable for assessment for said improvement were filed with the Board within 10 days following the hearing on said improvement. A letter under date of June 14, 1971, from E. P. and Catherine A. Schulz, petitioners for said sewer, and a letter dated June 9, 1971, from the St. Joseph County Health Department citing requirement for construction and use of a sewer were read and ordered filed. Following discussion, the motion was made by Mr. Crumpacker that Improvement Resolution No. 3339, 1971, be rescinded and that a new resolution be drafted under the appropriate statate. The motion was seconded and unanimously carried. NT RESOLUTION NO. 3340, 1971 RESCINDED - For the improvement of the alley between McKinley Avenue and LaSalle Avenue, from Twyckenham.Drive to Esther Street and from Esther to Greenlawn, by constructing a Class C, Type I pavement. Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing signatures of more than 51% of the resident property owners who may be liable for assessment for said improvement having been filed with the Board within the 10 day period following the date and time of hearing on said improvement, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Improvement'Resolution No. 3340, 1971, adopted by the Board on May 10, 1971, is in all things rescinded and the improvement ordered not made. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3341, 1971 RESCINDED - IRONWOOD DRIVE SIDEWALK For the improvement of N. ironwood Drive, from Bader Avenue to Corby Street by constructing a public sidewalk. Written remonstrances against said improvement bearing signatures of more than 51% of the resident property owners on said street who may be liable for assessment for said improvement having been filed with the Board within the 10 day period following the date and time of hearing on said improvement upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Improvement Resolution No. 3341, 1971, adopted May 17, 1971, is in all things rescinded and the improvement ordered not made.
