This equipment is heavy, enough that it breaks up alley base and settles land adjacent to alley and causes alley to wash away. I am requesting the Board to issue a cease and desist order on this operation by 0"Neal Trucking Company which is operating a demolition contracting business at 843 S. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, both letters were referred 4 to the Legal Department for appropriate action. U A memo from Walter Kopczynski regarding a complaint by Ernie Witucki, on South Walnut Street was also received. The complaint wat that weeds, debris and sumach growth interferes with pedestrians using the sidewalk in the 700 and 800 blocks of South Arnold Street. This too, was referred to the Legal Department. CHANGE ORDER NO. G-4 MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, change order G-4 for furnishing labor and material to repair rear wall of balcony of the Morris Civic Auditorium by Aulm Construction Company, in the amount of $2,106.00 was approved. MEMO FROM FRANK KOLOSZAR A memo from Frank Koloszar indicating that the debris and trash the St. Joseph County Health Department reported at Lawton and Meade Streets had been removed, was ordered filed.
