Ruhlman <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board approved <br />voiding the contract signed with the Rieth Riley Construction Company. <br />PROJECT CHANGE ORDER - TWYCKENHAM & EWING INTERSECTION <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the Board approved Change <br />Order #2, to increase the contract for Twyckenham and Ewing Inter- <br />section by $2,767.60 for the Rieth-Riley Construction Company. <br />HEARING ON VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3368,072 - ST. PETER STREET. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No. <br />3368,1972 for the vacation of St. Peter Street from the South right- <br />of-way line of Cedar'Street running South 410, to the North right- <br />of-way line of Madison Street. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News on September lst and September 8, <br />1972 and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having <br />been filed; upon motion made seconded and unanimously carried, the <br />Said Resolution adopted on August 28, 1972 is ratified and confirmed <br />and said street vacated. <br />The City Engineer is directed to prepare an assessment roll showing <br />the award of damages and the assessment 6f6 benefits to the surround- <br />ing properties. <br />PETITION TO PAVE ALLEY BETWEEN BERKLEY AND IN_GLEWOOD.OAKWOOD.LATHROP <br />A petition containing fourteen signatures was received asking for <br />the paving of the North and South alley from Oakwood to Lathrop <br />between Berkley Place and Inglewood Place. Upon motion made,.seconded <br />and carried, this was referred to the Bureau of Engineering for <br />study and recommendation. <br />
