9/11/72 628 North Hill Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried this matter was continued for two weeks. 701 North Eddy Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this matter was continued for two weeks. 703 North Frances Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this matter was continued for two weeks. 712 North Hill Street Mr. Angelo GiUiccione, 201 East Calvert Street South Bend, Indiana is the owner of the property. He is selling on land contract to Mr. Manual Perez and asked for a continuance of two weeks to confer with the people purchasing the property. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued for two weeks. 6306302 North Hill Street This being the date set for receiving bids for the demolition of the structure at 630-630'—z North Hill Street, the following bids were opened and read, after determining that the non - collusion affidavits were in proper order: O'Neal Trucking Company $685.00 Bryant Excavating 700.00 Mr. Payton ap peared ppeared before the Board and stated he had purchased the house on land contract and is working on the house. It has been rented. Mr. Steed reported to the Board that this house had been taken down. 114 S. Jackson Street This being the date set for receiving bids for the demolition of the structure at 114 S.
