9/11/72 <br />628 North Hill Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried this <br />matter was continued for two weeks. <br />701 North Eddy Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this <br />matter was continued for two weeks. <br />703 North Frances Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this <br />matter was continued for two weeks. <br />712 North Hill Street Mr. Angelo GiUiccione, 201 East Calvert Street <br />South Bend, Indiana is the owner of the property. He is selling <br />on land contract to Mr. Manual Perez and asked for a continuance of <br />two weeks to confer with the people purchasing the property. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued for <br />two weeks. <br />6306302 North Hill Street This being the date set for receiving bids <br />for the demolition of the structure at 630-630'—z North Hill Street, the <br />following bids were opened and read, after determining that the non - <br />collusion affidavits were in proper order: <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $685.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 700.00 <br />Mr. Payton ap <br />peared ppeared before the Board and stated he had purchased the <br />house on land contract and is working on the house. It has been rented. <br />The bids were held up and Mr. Payton was instructed'to come back in one <br />week with a complete plan on rehabilitation of the entire structure. <br />1018 Fuerbringer Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 1010 Fuerbringer Street, the following <br />bids were opened and read, after determining that the non -collusion <br />affidavits were in proper order: <br />Bryant Excavating $795.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 1,000.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the award was made to Bryant <br />Excavating on its low bid of $795.00. <br />1002-1006 Linden Avenue This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 1018 Fuerbringer Street, the following <br />bids were opened and read, after determining that the non -collusion <br />affidavits were in proper order: <br />B & J. Demolition $2,400.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 1,600.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 2,300.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the award was made to Bryant <br />Excavating Company on its low bid of $1,600.00. <br />1820 St. Joseph Street S. Mr. Steed reported to the Board that this <br />house had been taken down. <br />114 S. Jackson Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 114 S. Jackson Street, the following <br />bids were opened and read, after..determining that the non -collusion <br />affidavits were in proper. order <br />Bryant Excavating Company $500.00 <br />B & J Excavating 485.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 550.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the award was made to B & J <br />Excavation Company on its low bid of $485.00 <br />
