Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the installation was approved. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of October 15 through <br />October 22 was received and ordered filed. <br />ACTION INC. IN -KIND VOUCHERS FOR FIRE STATIONS RECEIVED <br />In -Kind Contribution Vouchers for rent for the use of Fire Stations <br />10, 7 and 8 for October, 1973 through September, 1974 from Action, <br />Inc, were received. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />vouchers were ordered filed. <br />APPLICATIONS APPROVED - RIVER BEND PLAZA <br />Louis Wilcox, Director, River Bend Plaza, submitted the following <br />applications to the Board, with his favorable recommendation: <br />1. Gene Harman, Food Van - October 31, 1974. Upon motion made <br />seconded and carried, the Board approved the application <br />subject to Mr. Harman furnishing the Board with the numbers <br />of his City license and Health Department permit. <br />2. Riley High School - Photo Button Booth - October 31, 1974. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the application was <br />approved. <br />3. White Farm Equipment - Train - November 16, 1974. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the application was approved. <br />DONALD DECKER RE: VIOLATIONS OF ORDINANCE BANNING PARKING WHEN <br />LEAF COLLECTIO14S ARE BEING MADE <br />Donald Decker, Director, Division of Transportation, was present <br />and informed the Board that there has'been very little compliance <br />with the ordinance banning parking when leaf collections are <br />scheduled. It was determined that tickets should be issued when <br />parking violations occur after an area has been designated for <br />leaf pick-up. <br />REOUEST FOR STOP SIGN <br />Mr. Barcome requested that a Stop Sign be installed at the <br />intersection of Leland Avenue and Portage Avenue, at the southwest <br />corner.
