<br />TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES APPROVED`
<br />The Bureau of Traffic and Lighting requested approval of the
<br />following traffic control devices:
<br />A. Installation of a Stop Sign at the Broadmoor Shopping
<br />Center drive intersection with Ireland Road. Upon
<br />motion made, seconded and carried, the request was
<br />approved.
<br />B. No Parking Signs on the South Side of the 100 Block
<br />West Bowman Street. Upon motion made, seconded and
<br />carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />C. Installation of a Stop Sign on Hope at Victory. Upon
<br />motion made, seconded and carried, the recommendation
<br />was approved.
<br />D.
<br />Installation of a Stop Sign
<br />on Woodfield Avenue at
<br />Edison. Upon motion made,
<br />seconded and carried, the
<br />installation was approved.
<br />E.
<br />Installation of a Stop Sign
<br />on McArthur at Woodlake.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded
<br />and carried, the installation
<br />was approved.

<br />Installation of a Stop Sign
<br />on Boynton at Woodridge.

<br />The Bureau

<br />the existing pole on
<br />Ardmore east of Sheridan.
<br />Cost $3.75/mo. or $45.00/Yr.
<br />2.
<br />Install a 20,000L, MV, OH on
<br />the existing pole on
<br />Prairie, 1700 Block. Cost
<br />$5.50/mo. or $66.00/Yr.
<br />3. Danbury Dr. Newly opened roadway from Sheffield to
<br />Cambridge. The area is an underground subdivision
<br />according to the developer who requests U.G. 7,OOOL, MV
<br />on 25' concrete poles. Cost -Install 4, 7,000 MV, UG
<br />CP @ $6.50/mo. ea = $$26.00/mo or $312.00/Yr.
<br />4. Install 2, 7,000 L, MV, OH, WP; one at the intersection
<br />of Matthews & Cambridge and one on Matthews west of
<br />Cambridge. Cost $3.75/mo each = $7.50/mo. or $90.00/Yr.
<br />5. Install a 7,000L, MV, OH, WP on South Street east of
<br />Fellows, midblock. This location was inadvertently
<br />omitted in the previous relighting. Cost $3.75/mo. or
<br />$45.00/yr.
<br />6. Install.a 7,000L, MV, OH, WP at midblock on Humboldt
<br />west -of Wilber and Muessel Park. Cost $3.75/mo. or $45.00/yr.
<br />7. Install a 7,OOOL, MV, OH, WP on Marquette between Wilber
<br />and Portage. Cost $3.75/mo. or $45.00/yr.
<br />8. Install a 7,000L, MV, OH, WP at the near east end of
<br />Club Drive. Cost $3.75/mo. or $45.00/yr.
<br />9. Install four 7,000L, MV, OH, WP; three on Huron at midblocks
<br />east of Olive, CArlisle and Warren and install one light
<br />on midblock on Ford east of Olive. Cost $15.00/mo. or
<br />$180.00/yr.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the installations were approved.
