\I <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 3, 1974 <br />A list of Kensington Farms, Third Section addresses were filed with <br />the Board. The area is not presently in the City limits. The City <br />house number to be assigned when they are in the City was also listed. <br />Mr. Farrand said this list was prepared at the request of Mr. Seitz <br />to aid City golf courses in collecting the proper fees from residents <br />and non-residents. The list was ordered filed. <br />CUL-DE-SACS - TWYCKENHAM AREA <br />Mr. Seitz asked that a review be made of cul-de-sacs in the Twycken- <br />ham area, one of which is Dunrobbin Lane. He said the contracts <br />were not completed and he has received several calls asking that <br />something be done to see that they are finished. Mr. Farrand asked <br />that the matter be referred to the Department of Public Works and <br />upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board referred the matter <br />to the Department of Public Works for investigation. <br />APPROVAL FOR FORREST WEST TO ATTEND CONFERENCE <br />Forrest West, Building Commissioner, requested permission to attend the <br />59th Annual Conference of the Building Officials and Code Adminis- <br />trators International in Detroit, Michigan on June 8-14, 1974. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request was approved. <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF OLIVE <br />STREET SEWER <br />An Agreement between Murphy Consultants and the City of South Bend <br />for professional services for the reconstruction of the Olive Street <br />sewer was received. Deputy City Attorney Kathy Cekanski advised the <br />Board that a Paragraph 17 should be added to the agreement as follows: <br />Attachment No. 2 and all sub -parts thereof shall be a part of this <br />contract. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved <br />the agreement, subject to the addition of a Paragraph 17, "Attachment . <br />No. 2 and all sub -parts thereof shall be a part of this contract". <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of May 17 through <br />May 29 was received and, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was <br />ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />made, seconded and.carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK <br />C <br />
