Mr. McMahon said Deputy City Attorney Edward
Mikesell had reviewed this procedure and has written a memorandum
stating that the procedure can be implemented provided there are
absolutely no changes made in the substantive provisions of the
existing contracts. Mr.. McMahon said the Century Center Building
Authority took similar action last Friday on their contracts
with Gibson -Lewis and, if the Board approves this procedure today,
he will be requesting that they take similiar action at a later
date on the contracts with Interior Finishes, Inc.
