153 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 8, 1975 <br />The first north -south alley East of Walnut Street <br />running north from the north right of way line of <br />Sample Street to the south right of way line of <br />the east -west alley between Fisher Street and Sample <br />Street. <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the <br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain <br />any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control <br />structures and ditches within the vacated right of way, unless <br />such rights are released by the individual Utilities. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lot 20 in Honers Subdivision of Part of Bank Out <br />Lot 101 and, <br />Lot 47 in Peck's 2nd Subdivision of Part of Bank <br />Out Lot 101 <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 12th and 19th <br />day of December, 1975 in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri- <br />County News. <br />r.. <br />'w <br />This Board, at its office, on the 5th day of January, 1976 at <br />9:30 o'clock, A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all <br />persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 8th day of December, 1975. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORDS <br />s/ Rollin E. Barcome. <br />ATTEST: <br />s/ Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 APPROVED - CREST MANOR SEWERS <br />Change Order No. 1 in the contract with Woodruff & Sons, Inc. for <br />the construction of sanitary sewers in Crest Manor, Sections 1 and <br />2, was submitted to the Board. The Change Order increases the <br />contract by $3,858.80. Mr. Farrand noted that this resulted from <br />location of the sewer from the easement into the street at the <br />request of the property owners. The Change Order still keeps the <br />contract within the Engineer's estimate. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />BID ADVERTISING APPROVED - JANITORIAL SERVICES MUNICIPAL SERVICES FACILITY' <br />Stanley Pryzbylinski, Director, Bureau of Buildings, requested that <br />the Board advertise for bids for Janitorial Services for the <br />Municipal Services for the next year. Specifications were attached. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request <br />and sealed bids will be opened on December 29, 1975. <br />HOLIDAY SCHEDULE TABLED <br />A list of paid holidays for City employees for 1976 was submitted to <br />the Board. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the list was <br />tabled for action next week. <br />
