Pfeil, <br />South Bend, Indiana non -collusion affidavit was in order <br />and a 5% bid bond was submitted. <br />Bid - Base Lighting Package - $94,660.00 <br />Alternate #A 83,540.00 <br />Alternate #B 82,600.00 <br />Optional Equipment <br />Dimmer Racks 3,130.00 <br />Preset Console 1,690.00 <br />Several voluntary alternates were submitted but were not read at <br />this time. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the bids were referred to the Civic Center Board of Managers for <br />review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - MAPLE LANE STORM SEWER PROJECT <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for the Maple Lane Storm <br />Sewer Project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice <br />in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found <br />to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly <br />read: <br />H. DeWulf Mechanical Contractor, Inc. Hunt, <br />Director of Communications. The bid was the single bid received <br />and meets all specifications. The Common Council has approved the <br />request for a revenue sharing appropriation for the purchase and <br />
