REGULAR IIEETIIIG <br />MARCH 28, 1977 <br />ADOPTION OF VACATIO14 RESOLUTION NO,, 3439,_.1977 <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted: <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3439, 1977 <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />The first east -west alley north of LaSalle Avenue from the <br />east right-of-way line of Hill Street, east to the first <br />north -south alley east of Hill Street between Hill and St. <br />Louis Streets situated between Lots 124 and 123, Part of the <br />Original Tom of Lowell. <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all Utilities and the Municipal <br />City of South Bend, Indiana to construct and maintain any facilities, <br />including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, <br />gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within <br />the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released b�7 the <br />individual Utilities. r <br />The following property riay be injuriously or beneficially affected by <br />such vacation: <br />Lots 124 and 123, Part of Original Toxm of Lowell <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the lst and 8th day <br />of April, 1977 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. <br />This Board, at its office, on the 25th day of April, 1977 at 9:30 <br />o`clock, A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons <br />interested in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 28th day of March, 1977. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/ Patrick 11. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded b17 Mr. <br />Brunner and carried, the following Notice of Sale was approved: <br />NOTICE OF SALE OF PEAL ESTATE BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, pursuant to the Municipal Code of the City <br />of South Bend, Chapter 30A, is offering for sale the follor,ring parcels <br />of real estate at the offering prices stated as follows: <br />606 S. Carroll Street - Offering Price ?749.00 <br />614 S. Columbia Street - Offering Price $780.00 <br />621 S. Columbia Street - Offering Price $929.00 <br />316 E. South Street - Offering Price $555.00 <br />424 E..,South Street - Offering -Price $749.00 <br />
