REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 24, 1977 <br />Contractor's Excavation <br />The Hickey Company, Inc. Edward J. White, Inc. <br />B & G Construction Co., Inc. Louis W. Krueper <br />From Building Company Asphalt Engineers, Inc. <br />Nick T. Prymak E; L. Zimmerman & Co., Inc. <br />B & G Construction Co., Inc. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the bonds were approved. <br />CERTIFICATES OF INSUR&NCE FILED <br />Certificates of Insurance from Morse Electric Company, Hamilton <br />Body Shop, Inc., Eugene Hoath, E-Rect-OP Inc., and Cole Associates, <br />Inc. were submitted to the Board for filing. Upon motion made <br />by Per. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the certificates <br />were ordered filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The street light outage report for the period of January 10 through <br />21 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated 72 outages. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT APPROVED AND MAINTENANCE BOND FILED <br />DR. ALLEN PROPERTY, WEST OF MIAMI ROAD <br />A Project Completion Affidavit for the Dr. Allen property, west <br />of Miami Road opposite Scottsdale Mall, was submitted to the Board. <br />The project included construction of a street, curbs, sanitary <br />and storm sewers, inlets and was done according to City <br />specifications. A three-year maintenance bond, in effect until <br />January 24, 1980, was also submitted with the Affidavit. Upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the <br />Completion Affidavit was approved and the Maintenance Bond filed. <br />STATUS REPORT - HOUSE MOVED TO 1608 DEVON CIRCLE <br />John DeLee, Building Commissioner, submitted to the Board a status <br />report on repairs being made to the house moved to 1608 Devon <br />Circle by Thomas Podell. The report indicated that water and sewer <br />are complete, brick repair and foundation completed on house, <br />two hundred amp electrical service has been installed, furnace <br />installation is complete, interior plastering, painting and <br />decorating is fifty per cent complete. Mr. DeLee indicated that <br />the garage foundation, drivewav and exterior landscaping cannot <br />be completed until warm weather. The Board is holding a Certificate <br />of Deposit covering the agreement with Mr. Podell to bring the house <br />up to standard. Georgia Luks recommended that a copy of the Board's <br />agreement with Mr. Podell be sent to Mr. DeLee and that he be requested <br />to review his status report against the agreement to determine <br />compliance. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Mullen and carried, the Board referred a copy of the original agree- <br />ment to Mr. DeLee for comparison with the status report filed. <br />
