Box 577 LaPorte, Indiana 46350 $265,111.27 Rieth-Riley Construction Co. P. 0. Box 1775 South Bend, Indiana 46634 $245,728.20 Bid was signed by Thomas G. Mr. Leszczynski stated that the engineer's estimate for the above project was $286,122.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bids were referred to the Bureau of Public Construction for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - ARDMORE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS This was the date set for receiving sealed bids for the construction of Ardmore Trail improvements. The Clerk tendered proofs of publica- tion of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: HRP Company, Inc. 1216-18 West Washington South Bend, Indiana 46601 $292,749.90 Rieth-Riley Construction Co. P 0. Box 1775 South Bend, Indiana 46634 $264,151.75 Walsh & Kelly 24358 State Road 23 South Bend, Indiana 46614 $260,347.95 Mr. Leszczynski advised that the project was $331,000.00. Upon a seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the Bureau of Public Construction Bid was signed by Harold E. Slutsky, non -collusion affidavit was in order, and a 5% bid bond was submitted. Bid was signed by Richard D. Ruhlman, non -collusion affidavit was in order, and a 5% bid bond was submitted. Bid was signed by Thomas 0. Walsh, non -collusion affidavit was in order, and a 5% bid bond was submitted. engineer's estimate for the above motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, the above bids were referred to for review and recommendation.
