Mr. Leszczynski <br />added that a public hearing had been scheduled for July 19, 1982; <br />however, Mr. Stanton had not been present. Because of his <br />absence at that time, the Board had continued the matter to the <br />July 26, 1982, meeting and Mr. Stanton had been so notified.. <br />Mr. Stanton was not present at this time. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the <br />previous denial of the license application by the Board was <br />upheld. <br />APPROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT ADDENDUM (BUREAU OF HOUSING) <br />Ms. Betsy Harriman from the Community Development Department <br />explained that Addendum No. I was being submitted for Board <br />approval, said addendum amending the previously approved contract <br />with the Bureau of Housing for implementation of the Neighborhood <br />Paint -Up Program Activity. She advised that the addendum merely <br />clarified that only single-family residences would be included <br />in the program and further that the program was expanded to <br />provide for the painting of homes cited by the Neighborhood <br />Code Enforcement Office for exterior violations in addition to <br />the homes submitted by neighborhood groups for painting. It <br />was noted that there was no budget change proposed. Upon a <br />motion rude by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried,.the above Addendum No. I was approved. <br />
