REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 2 6 , ' 1'9 8 2 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />9:30 a.m., on July 26, 1982, by President John E. Leszczynski, <br />with Mr. Leszczynski and Mr. Joseph E. Kernan present. Also <br />present was Assistant City Attorney Carolyn Pfotenhauer. <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the minutes of the July 19, 1982, regular meeting <br />of the Board were approved as submitted. <br />AGENDA ITEM ADDED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the request of Senor Kelly's Mexican/Irish Cafe <br />to lease a portion of Allen's Alley to use for a family <br />restaurant and outdoor garden at its building at 119 North <br />Michigan Street was added to the agenda following the Community <br />Development contract addendum. <br />OPENING AND -AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening sealed bids for <br />the sale of approximately 27 abandoned vehicles, 15 of which <br />were valued at over $100.00 and all of which were being stored <br />at the Hurwich Impoundment Lot, 1610 Circle Avenue.
