Mr. Leszczynski noted that <br />a bid award for the above equipment would probably not be made <br />by the Board until its meeting on May 10, 1982. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - VACATION OF EAST -WEST ALLEY IN <br />BRENTWOOD ESTATES 4TH ADDITION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the petitioners in the matter of the <br />proposed vacation of the first east -west alley south of Lincolnway <br />West running east from Ryer Street to the first intersecting north - <br />south alley for a distance of 120' in Brentwood Estates 4th <br />Addition were Julius and Mardelle DeLanghe, residents and owners <br />of property at 1240 Ryer Street and abutting property owners to <br />the alley in question. He stated that, as in the past, in order <br />for the Board to submit a recommendation to the Common Council, <br />a public hearing had been scheduled at this time and all property <br />owners within 200 feet of the alley had been duly notified.
