<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mayor Roger 0..Parent requested the
<br />Board to authorize the installation of effective traffic controls
<br />on Sample Street at the Torrington Gate in the interests of
<br />pedestrian and motorist safety. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan,
<br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the Board approved the
<br />advertising for bids to accomplish the project.
