Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />request was approved. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended release of the Contractor's <br />Bond of Hartman Builders, Inc., and the Excavation Bond of <br />Clifford Hamilton, Inc. as requested following a review of <br />the bonds. JOSEPH COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY <br />The report indicated a total of 272 dogs handled for the month <br />of January, 67 cats handled, and 43 other animals handled for <br />a total of 382 animals. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of 15 outages for the period of <br />January 29 through February 11, 1982. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report <br />was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 1830 through No. 2688 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the report was filed and the claims approved. <br />REINSTATE CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY <br />Mr. Grady L.
