Kernan
Mr. Leszczynski stated that the five scrap dealers listed in the
above resolution were not approved for renewal of their 1982
license at the last meeting when the majority of the dealers
were approved because the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office
had cited them for violations under the Municipal Code. Washington
Street, had informed her that the violations for which they
were cited had been rectified. She stated that her inspector
would be conducting a final inspection yet today to confirm
this in order that consideration by the Common Council this
evening could be given to those facilities. Upon a motion
made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the
above resolution was amended and adopted to include the scrap
yards at 1420 South Walnut and 2016 W.
