REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 14, 1981 <br />153 <br />I� <br />OPENING OF BIDS - JANITORIAL SERVICES AND PEST AND <br />RODENT CONTROL (POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SUBSTATIONS) <br />This was the date set for receiving sealed bids for janitorial <br />services and pest and rodent control at the Police Department <br />and three substations. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication <br />of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which <br />were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and <br />publicly read: <br />Franklin Pest Control <br />614 W. Calvert <br />South Bend, Ind. 46613 <br />Pest and rodent control only <br />Associated Cleaning Services <br />101 JMS Building <br />South Bend, Ind. 46601 <br />Janitorial services <br />Absolute Pest and Termite <br />Control, Inc. <br />2228 Lincolnway West <br />Mishawaka, Ind. 46544 <br />Bid was signed by Bob Ziker, non - <br />collusion affidavit was in order, <br />and a 5% certified check was submitted. <br />$100.00/month <br />Bid was signed by Thomas E. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which <br />were found to be sufficient.
