St. Joseph Street because of odor problems. She explained
that the resident had between 10 and 30 cats on the premises
and the odor was affecting the immediate neighbors. Mr. Hill
stated that he was under the impression the owner had gotten rid
of the cats, and Mrs. Barnard stated that it appeared the cats
were gone but the odor still existed and the premises might
have to be professionally fumigated. It was noted that property
owners had been advised to clean up the above lots and had failed
to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr.
Leszczynski and carried, the request was approved and the lots
ordered cleaned, including the property at 1625 S.
