INSTALL NO PARKING BUS ZONE 8AM-4PM, REMOVE NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE - 200 W. Park Ln. between Main and Lafayette. INSTALL 30 MINUTE PARKING 6AM-6PM, REMOVE 2 HOUR PARKING 6AM-6PM - 100 S. Niles. INSTALL 30 MINUTE PARKING 6AM-6PM - 125 S. Niles (East Bank Development) INSTALL NO PARKING BUS ZONE 8AM-4PM - 2701 Eisenhower (Edison School) Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above traffic control devices were approved. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: 922 Allen 753 S. Bendix 806 S. Bendix 612-14 Carroll N. of 1505 S. Catalpa 531 Cleveland 432 Cottage Grove 620 N. Cushing 913 E. Dayton S/W cor. W. Donald & S. 226 E. Ewing Fassnacht R.R. Crossing E. of 1801 Fassnacht 2418 W. Ford 1150 E. Fox Lot E. of 416 E. Howard 416 E. Howard 417 N. Huey 623 E. Indiana Rear of 1901 W. Indiana 26th St. off Jefferson at tracks 1905 S. Lafayette 816 Lawndale Lot W. of 2615 Lawton 546 Manchester S/E cor. Michigan & Chippewa 1019 S. Michigan Arnold 2502 S. Michigan 3314-16-18 Mishawaka 1923 Prairie 226 N. Sadie 815 Sherman 600 blk. W. South 1230 S. 30th 400 S. Twyckenham Ms. Katherine Barnard, Director of the Neighborhood Code Enforce- ment Office, asked the Board to add to the list property at 1625 S. St. Joseph Street because of odor problems. She explained that the resident had between 10 and 30 cats on the premises and the odor was affecting the immediate neighbors. Mr. Hill stated that he was under the impression the owner had gotten rid of the cats, and Mrs. Barnard stated that it appeared the cats were gone but the odor still existed and the premises might have to be professionally fumigated. It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the above lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the request was approved and the lots ordered cleaned, including the property at 1625 S. St. Joseph Street. APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR'S BONDS Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended approval of the Contractor's Bonds of Hugh E. Stump and Robert K. Lee Construction following his review of the bonds. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the aforementioned Contractor's Bonds were approved, with the Bond of Robert K. Lee Construction to be retroactive to September 16, 1981.
