He <br />stated that it had been thought a deposit might be an unreasonable <br />request, and it had been suggested that the person requesting the <br />party sign for the use of the barricades. Mr. Leszczynski stated <br />that he wanted to thoroughly review the matter before any policy <br />was established concerning the use charge of the barricades for block <br />parties. <br />APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following traffic control devices were approved by the <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting: <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Olivia Circle at Honan Drive <br />(both approaches) <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Erskine Manor Hill at Miami <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Erskine Manor Hill at Honan <br />Drive/Sullivan Ct. <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Longfellow at Twyckenham <br />REVISE TO 15 MINUTE PARKING 6 AM - 6 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY - <br />One space, located west of alley, west of Book <br />Drop Zone on south side of 100 W.
