WESTERN AVENUE (WHITEFORD NATIONALEASE, INC.) <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager, <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, and Mr. Paul L. Roelke, <br />Building Commissioner, have reviewed the request of Mr.. Dick <br />Scharf, Administrative Manager, of Whiteford Nationalease, <br />Inc. submitted to the Board on September 12, 1983, regarding <br />the use of a temporary trailer at 1900 West Western Avenue <br />and recommend approval. Mr.-Roelke stated that the trailer <br />is to be located at least twenty feet (20') from the new <br />building location and Whiteford must submit a Plat Plan on <br />applying for the Permit. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above recommendation was <br />accepted and approved. The matter of the actual move of the <br />trailer will now be initiated by Whiteford Nationalease, Inc. <br />through the Building Department. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - MONROE PARK PHASE V LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project was being presented to the Board at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above referred to <br />Title Sheet was .approved and signed. <br />PETITION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESIDENTIAL <br />PARKING ZONE REFERRED <br />Mr. Leszczynski presented to the Board a Petition for the <br />Establishment of a residential parking zone which was received <br />from Mavis L. Paree, 1016 East Wayne Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Petition requests that a traffic study be <br />conducted in the area of East Wayne Street from Eddy Street <br />to Francis Street. In the letter from Ms. Paree which accompanied <br />the Petition, she stated that the residents have had parking <br />problems for a long time but parking is especially bad at <br />approximately 3:00-4:30 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />u <br />1 <br />
