306 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 18, 1983 <br />REMOVE RESIDENTIAL PARKING MON-FRI 7AM - 5PM - REVISE TO <br />RESIDENTIAL PARKING MON-FRI 7AM 7PM - West side of <br />900 Esther. (recent studies indicate non resident curb <br />use at or over residential parking ordinance requirements). <br />Requested by: Councilperson Bev Beck and,.residents. <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - On Oliver at Bruce. (Uncontrolled <br />"T" intersection). Requested by: Mrs. Loraine Berzai. <br />INSTALL NO PARKING ON NORTH - REMOVE NO PARKING ON SOUTH <br />Bronson -- St. Joseph to Lincolnway East as follows: <br />To facilitate traffic flow and allow parking in front <br />of residences in areas where allowable on Bronson <br />Street, the following recommendations are made: <br />St. Joseph to Carroll -- Remove parking on south <br />side, offset (skip) center line to south allowing <br />parking on north side. <br />Carroll to Columbia -- Remove parking both sides, <br />center line (skip). <br />Columbia to Fellows -- Remove parking both sides, <br />center line (skip with 100' double yellow approach- <br />ing Fellows). <br />Fellows to Rush -- Remove parking south side, remove <br />parking for 100'- from Fellows on north side (double <br />yellow for 100' from Fellows, offset to south). <br />Restore parking on remainder of north side. <br />Rush to Clinton -- Remove parking on south side, <br />restore parking on north side. No center line. <br />Clinton to Marietta -- Remove parking on south side, <br />restore parking on north side except 70' west of <br />alley at Marietta. No center line except approach <br />to Marietta. <br />Marietta to Lincolnway East -- Remove parking on <br />both sides. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following seven (7) handicapped parking permits <br />were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office <br />for issuance: <br />Marguerite M. Curry, 1422 E. LaSalle, S.B. <br />Ella Mary Brinkman, 1921 S. Ironwood, S.B. <br />Betty K. Mackin. 305 Parkovash, S.B. <br />Mary L. Chambers, 204 E. Harrison,.P.O. Box 52, N. Liberty <br />Myrtle Abbott, 945 S. 34th, S.B. <br />Dorothy V. Kinsey, 327 S. 26th, S.B. <br />Josephine J. Sidorowicz, 26086 Byron, S.B. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing a total of two hundred fifty-eight (258) <br />lots ordered cleaned by the Director of the Department of <br />Code Enforcement was submitted. It was noted that property <br />owners had been advised to clean-up the lots and had failed <br />to, do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded <br />by'Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />11 <br />1 <br />
