REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 18. 1983 <br />307 <br />1 <br />1 <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made <br />Kernan and carried, <br />Rensberger Oil Co., <br />Trust, 1630 Circle <br />was filed. <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. <br />the Certificate of Insurance for <br />Inc. Rensberger Oil Co. Pension <br />Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, 46628 <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E. recommends the Board approve <br />the Contractor's Bond for Plaia Construction Company <br />effective July 18, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above <br />Contractor's Bond was approved. <br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E. recommends the Board approve <br />the Excavation Bond for DAHCO Excavation, Inc. retroactive <br />to July 13, 1983. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Excavation <br />Bond was approved. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area <br />CETA Consortium, submitted a report indicating one <br />hundred forty-six (146) purchase orders and recommended <br />approval of payment. Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. <br />Petz submitted Claim Docket No. 13851 through Claims <br />Docket No. 14603 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the reports were filed and the claims approved. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Q <br />San ra M.
